I woke up to this beautiful sunrise today.

I have recently started studying Project Management. It is something I have basically done for most of my career, however, back in the old days, it was not called Project Management.

These days there are formal methodologies you can use, rather than learning on the go as we did back then.

It also clarifies for me why so many projects fail - poor project planning. If the effort is not put into the planning, the execution will rarely go smoothly and issue free.

Project Management combines all my skills and expertise in one role, and I very much enjoy it.
